1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google OAuth.

Usage Data: We collect data about your use of the Service including projects created, crawls performed, and API requests made. This is used for quota enforcement and service improvement.

Crawl Data: When you run site audits, we crawl the URLs you specify and store the results (page titles, meta descriptions, status codes, SEO issues) in your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Service
To authenticate your identity and manage your account
To process payments through LemonSqueezy (we do not store payment card details)
To enforce usage limits based on your subscription plan
To send important service updates (no marketing emails without consent)

3. Google OAuth

When you sign in with Google, we request access to your basic profile information (email, name, profile picture). We use this solely for authentication. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All connections are encrypted via TLS/SSL. API keys are generated with cryptographically secure random values.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support. Crawl data for inactive free accounts may be deleted after 12 months.
